Fast and furious cycling today on the flat windswept byways of western Kansas. The temperature and humidity are going up and there is a grain elevator in every town. We're definitely in the middle of America now...

Glad to see they finally got you behind bars…maybe that’ll slow you down! Finished my third consecutive spin class today. Good thing it was a stationary bike, else with all those RPMs, I might be right there in Dodge City with y’all. With the spin classes this week, the usual Saturday jaunt, and an extra outing on Monday, that will be 5 “rides” in six days for me. I know, I know, that’s chump-change by your standards these days. But for us XC-wanna-be’s, not too shabby. Be safe out there over the holiday weekend.
