Day 7 - Red Rocks, Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon

I'm running out of superlatives, but today was truly a day of cycling heaven. The sun was bright, the air was cool and the scenery spectacular! We're beginning to get the WOW factor when speaking to people along the way. Where are you going? Where did you come from? WOW!

This week's statistics:

7 days
532 miles
27 hours 45 minutes in the saddle
19.2 mph avg. speed
38.6 mph max speed
33,067 calories burned
23,926 ft. of climbing
Tomorrow we rest...

  2. I envy you my friend. The only thing that is spectacular from my end is the divergence in our experiences since our last ride together. I’m embarrassed to say that my stats have been more to do with miles flown, calories consumed, and rides skipped due to the insane amount of business travel. Tomorrow you rest, my turn to ride. The way I see it, I’ve got 43 more days to get back in shape for our next ride together!
